Students reflect
Each week, students record a 3 to 5 minute audio reflection on a prompt tied to their experience.

Hidden Skills analyzes
Each reflection is mapped against a research-backed durable skills framework. Skills are identified using the students' own words as evidence.

Everyone gets a report
Students receive weekly personalized reports via text message. Partner organization receives cohort-level reports for program improvement and stakeholders.
